The Tanga Provincial Office has created some new housing units for those wishing to buy houses in the Tanga Region for less than $100,000.

The Tanga and Maritimes Province Housing Development System was created in 2013, which is intended for “high-income families whose income currently exceeds $1,000 per month by purchasing an affordable (or rent-free) home.”

According to the Tanga Provincial Office, the building that will house these families is located in the Maritimes Region and will consist of 20 housing units which will cover the rent of an additional 10 additional rental unit. In addition, 50 rental apartments will provide for one rental space each with additional 2 bedrooms.

For the first time ever, there will be some new, more affordable housing units for households who rent out their existing houses to the Maritimes Region’s Office of Economic Assessment. These include the new Maritimes Housing Management Facility, the Gaiwa Housing Management Service located at 4001 Mewsh.

Maritimes Mayor John Staunton and the city Housing Development Director Raffael Zavala attended the event and stated that they have been meeting these issues.
